Lined in satin fabric.
It has the Waldy logo sticker and appears to have the residue of another logo.  
Waldy was a "diffusion line" that was designed in Britain but made in Italy, usually for retail on behalf of other manufacturers.
Gilt chain strap.
The bag looks to be unused so is in very good condition.
