Early Waldybag brown glossy textured leather handbag.
Structured, rigid deep box style.
Studs on the base.
In good condition for its age.  
Minimal signs of wear, light scuffing and a few marks.  The leather is lighter in places, possibly from use or just the natural shades of the leather.
There is some wear to the strap where it attaches to the handbag, and along its length.
Lined in beige suede. There are a few marks on the lining
