It appears to be leather but there are no labels to indicate the material.
The green lining also appears to be leather
It has a single top handle and fastens with a pull up clasp. There is slight wear/tarnish to the clasp.
The bag is in very good over all condition with a few minor marks and a slight horizontal indentation running along both the front and the back
Inside is clean and has an open pocket and a zipped pocket.
It measures 10" x 6" x 2" approximately
