Push locks to open.  There is a little lock on the clasp but the key is not present
Inside is lined with leather and has a central, hinged split purse
The bag is in good condition for its age with some scuffing on the edges
There are some scuffs inside from use
I think that one side of the frame is slightly misshapen as it can be a little stiff to open, but it works fine
