Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via Credit/Debit card, Paypal, by cheque (UK bank only) or by direct Bank Transfer.
If you wish to pay online using a credit or debit card please click the HSBC logo at checkout. You will then be redirected to the HSBC Secure epayments site to complete your payment. Payments by credit or debit card can also be taken over the telephone.
Cheques should be made payable to "Carysma Cards and Crafts", and 5 working days should be allowed for cheques to clear before goods are dispatched.
If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer please email or ring us for details.
All prices include VAT at 17.5%.
Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 Carysma will only use the information collected from you to enable us to process your order, and contact you in the event of a query.
Carysma will not pass on your details to any third party.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition please contact us within 7 days. We will replace the goods or refund the value of the damaged items. Please contact us before returning any items.
If you are not happy with any items you have ordered please return them to us within 7 days. We will be happy to refund you the cost of these items provided they are returned in their original condition and are unopened and unused.
Any items made to the customer's specifications or personalised in any way cannot be returned.
The cost of returning items will be the customer's responsibility and we would advise using recorded delivery as Carysma cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
